These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of METEGOL websites, mobile applications, communications, and related services. By creating an account, selecting an acceptance control, making a booking, or otherwise using METEGOL, you agree to these Terms and to any transaction-specific terms shown before you confirm an action. If you do not agree, do not use METEGOL. Transaction-specific disclosures and mandatory law control if they provide additional rights or protections.

For a transaction involving a venue physically located in the United States, your agreement for the METEGOL service is with Metegol LLC, a Utah limited liability company. For a transaction involving a venue physically located in Colombia, your agreement for the METEGOL service is with METEGOL S.A.S., NIT 902.044.124-6, located at Calle 19 No. 6-68, Oficina 305, Bogotá D.C., Colombia. The venue's physical location determines the contracting entity for that transaction, even if you live or created your account in another country. Your residence may give you additional rights that cannot be waived. If one account is used for venues in both countries, the applicable METEGOL entity is determined separately for each transaction.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to create or use a METEGOL account. You may not use the service for a person who does not meet these requirements. We may request reasonable information to verify age, identity, authority, or eligibility.

Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, for protecting your credentials and verification codes, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share, sell, transfer, or create accounts through automated or deceptive means. METEGOL may use email, phone, identity, or third-party authentication checks to protect accounts and transactions.

METEGOL provides technology that helps players discover venues, view availability, communicate, and request or pay for bookings. Unless a transaction disclosure expressly states otherwise, the venue owns, operates, controls, and provides the playing space and related on-site services directly to you. The venue is responsible for the accuracy of its listing, availability, facility condition, on-site rules, access, staffing, and delivery of the booked service. METEGOL is not the venue owner, operator, referee, coach, medical provider, or insurer.

A booking is subject to availability and is not confirmed until METEGOL displays or sends confirmation. Before you confirm, review the venue, date and time, currency, total price, taxes, METEGOL service fee, payment-processor charges if any, cancellation deadline, refund terms, and other material conditions shown for that transaction. Prices and availability can change before confirmation. You authorize METEGOL and the applicable venue to rely on the booking information you submit. Venue-specific rules disclosed before confirmation form part of that transaction.

Online payments may be processed by Stripe, Wompi, or another processor identified during checkout, depending on the venue country and available payment method. Your use of a processor may also be subject to its terms and privacy notice. You authorize the displayed charge, including the venue price, disclosed fees, taxes, deposits, or other amounts you approve. METEGOL does not require you to provide us with your full card number or card security code when the processor collects those details directly. Payment authorization is not a guarantee that a processor or financial institution will approve the transaction.

The cancellation, no-show, rescheduling, refund, and reversal conditions shown before confirmation apply to that booking, subject to mandatory consumer law. A refund may depend on timing, venue policy, payment status, and the processor's settlement schedule. If a venue cancels or cannot provide the confirmed service, contact METEGOL so the transaction can be reviewed. Before initiating a chargeback, please contact support@metegol.app and provide the booking reference. Nothing in this section limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

If you separately opt in, METEGOL may send booking confirmations, reminders, security notices, and related transactional messages by SMS or other channels. Message frequency varies and carrier rates may apply. Consent to optional SMS is not a condition of purchase or booking. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP and may request help by replying HELP or contacting support@metegol.app. We may still send service messages through permitted channels when necessary to administer your account or a transaction.

You remain responsible for text, images, profile information, messages, reviews, reports, and other content you submit. Do not post content that is false, unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, deceptive, or unrelated to the service. You grant the applicable METEGOL entities a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, translate, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, protect, moderate, and improve the service. METEGOL may use automated tools and human review to detect abuse, restrict visibility, remove content, preserve evidence, and act on reports. Moderation is not a guarantee that all harmful content will be detected.

You may not use METEGOL to violate law or another person's rights; impersonate another person or misrepresent authority; harass, threaten, discriminate, defraud, or exploit anyone; manipulate availability, prices, reviews, rankings, or transactions; avoid disclosed fees; make unauthorized bookings or payments; distribute malware or spam; scrape or access the service by automated means without written permission; probe or bypass security; interfere with service operation; reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it; or use METEGOL for a competing database or unauthorized commercial purpose.

Amateur soccer and use of sports facilities involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, equipment or surface conditions, overexertion, illness, serious injury, disability, and death. You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to participate, using suitable equipment, following venue rules, and seeking professional medical advice when appropriate. METEGOL does not inspect every venue or supervise physical activity. To the extent permitted by law, you knowingly and voluntarily assume the ordinary risks inherent in the activity. This section does not release any person from liability that cannot legally be excluded.

METEGOL, its software, designs, databases, logos, trademarks, and original content are owned by or licensed to Metegol LLC, METEGOL S.A.S., or their licensors and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, METEGOL grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from protected METEGOL materials except with written permission or as expressly allowed by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Metegol LLC and METEGOL S.A.S. collect, use, disclose, retain, transfer, and protect personal data and how you may exercise applicable privacy rights. The Privacy Policy forms part of the information provided when you use METEGOL, but privacy consent and optional marketing choices are requested separately when required by law.

You may request account deletion by contacting support@metegol.app. METEGOL may restrict, suspend, or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law, address unpaid or disputed transactions, enforce these Terms, or protect the service. When appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond. Closing an account does not cancel amounts already due, resolve pending bookings or disputes, or require deletion of records that must or may lawfully be retained.

METEGOL may update, maintain, interrupt, or discontinue features and may correct listing, pricing, or availability errors before a booking is confirmed. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or network, or that every venue listing or user submission will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and implied warranties are disclaimed. Any warranty or statutory guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded remains in effect.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections. Subject to those protections, each METEGOL entity is responsible only for direct losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of its own breach in connection with the METEGOL service it provides. METEGOL is not responsible for a venue's independent acts or omissions, your interactions with other people, or indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses where such exclusions are lawful. Any monetary limitation applies only to the extent it is valid under the law governing the claim.

For a United States transaction governed by Section 2, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For a Colombia transaction governed by Section 2, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. A claim may be brought before a court or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law. These choices do not deprive you of mandatory consumer or privacy rights, or the right to use a regulator, agency, or court that applicable law makes available based on your residence or the transaction.

You agree that contracts, disclosures, notices, consents, confirmations, and records related to METEGOL may be created, delivered, accepted, and retained electronically. An electronic action associated with your account, such as selecting an acceptance control or confirming a booking, may serve as your signature where permitted by law. You may retain a copy by saving or printing the record and may request an available copy from support@metegol.app. You are responsible for maintaining a device, internet access, and a current email address or phone number capable of receiving these records.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, operational, or service changes. The effective date and version will appear on this page. When required, we will provide advance notice or request acceptance of a material new version before continued use of affected features. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed transaction unless permitted by law and clearly communicated.
